Within nature's strife
Brought Larry closer to Sylvia his wife
When violence took it's toll
Before he was very old
They shared a stronger love
Without a single word being told
Passing beyond the tempered gates
Of hate
Their kindness and love is still shared
By another couple that does care
To share
Larry and Sylvia
Two mere hearts that do care
To share
No matter how burdensome the year
Or how painful the snare
They will always care
