You may sit feeling old in your age
Look at a child at a very young age
Looked at your life
Wish it didn't age
Wishing you could be young again
Maybe the baby's age
For you this is no guage
Remember, you and the child
Are still the same age
For if you have not the thought
And the knowledge
Of the difference in age
Surely your spiritual life
Has no guage
And can never age
From dust we may come
Dust we may go
We still become gods
From very young
To very old
Our spiritual life
Is more precious that all the gold
To prevent us from growing old
You cannot buy the sigh
Before or after a cry
The wish of someone old
Wanting to buy youth again
From gold
So not to grow old
For your spirit cannot be sold
Or bought with gold
It's as young as you were a baby
That you were once told
Before you grew old
