4- Part of the Balance

(c) William Russell  September 04, 1984

I was being called
This was unusual
I went traveling out possibly as before
But I was told what I was about to see
And the journey I am about to make
There is no connection between here and there
Only what memory recalls

The parallel is far away
This is a very different dimension
That parallel is so far away
But yet we eat it
We breathe it
We are it
I was traveling at speeds so fast
That this right here
Would be considered
A figment of your imagination
Mass took on a new form
Took on density
So great that it was like inverted
The more dense it became
The more fulfilling it became
Something new in a kind of energy
And compacted itself
So that the entirety of what you see around you
The whole Earth, the Galaxy
That you could hold it between these two fingers
Like the size of a mustard seed

This was all a single thought of mine
I was that massive that this was so minute
It was like all of a sudden
I expanded out into a size so tremendous
That the whole universe
The size of a grain of sand
And this was; the flow of movement
I was movement in all directions
Directions perhaps even the mind could not imagine

Every molecule of my existence
Was moving out in great expansion, growth
At that time if I was to sneeze
Or flick my finger
The entire universe would just speed
To an infinitive distance

It definitely was a disheartening feeling
To reduce back to size
That's my present feeling
Because out there in that new dimension
All peace and harmony are understood
It was even understood by myself
That I was a part of the balance
I was part of the balance
I was part of the balance
I was part of the balance
